Two-factor theta / first-Laguerre transfer audit

Rendered report · review/decision record

Wall check: Same open gap — ZERO-GEOMETRY, NS100/101, PR72. The complete original nonlinear trajectory remains unexcluded. No estimating method for the all-height first Laguerre sign was found.

The report derives the pair’s second derivative with the actual clock and an exact mixed quadratic-form obligation for arbitrary translates and complex coefficient vectors. These are supporting identities, not a sign estimate. It then checks a specific approximation proposal: every fixed reflected finite original theta sum has a nonzero first right derivative at zero, which forces its first Laguerre expression to be eventually negative. The complete omitted tail cancels the leading algebraic error.

This excludes only an all-height nonnegative-prefix certificate for that fixed reflected sum. Growing truncations, smooth completions and the exact original orbit are outside the exclusion. No numerical threshold, symbolic scan, interval certificate, new node, row, thaw or manuscript version. Both original-evidence recovery groups remain OPEN.

The paper algebra was self-checked. The earlier supporting Jacobi notes are in PR72’s archive; they did not independently review this continuation. Publication validation is recorded in this PR body and the review record.

Version 2 corrects the attribution of the earlier finite-product check to the September 29 Jacobi-product admission audit (not NS101 itself) and removes an unproved monotonic-onset suggestion. The initially previewed HTML v1 is preserved; v2 is the current report. No mathematical formula changed.
