Both NS-1 groups took the disclosure path. No original artifact was recovered. Original recovery remains open. The manuscript no longer describes the missing sets as available archives or the historical numerical accounts as currently replayable certificates.

There are 69 tracked sentence replacements, plus explicit historical proof headings, including explicit “not archived” statements and present-tense archival assertions rewritten as historical accounts. The exact integer Rayleigh arithmetic in v1.28 is in the text; its comparison to actual blocks still requires missing witnesses. Recorded hashes are metadata, not revalidated original files.
V1.29 capacity and v1.30 continuum companion archives are also missing and now disclosed. The underlying λ=3 source data and printed analytic identities are present; they do not replace the missing derived diagnostics or reviews.
The five v1.35 scientific files are present and match their legacy hashes. The same holds for the five scientific files in each of v1.36 and v1.37. Their manuscript paths now point to the actual evidence directories. The exact source, revision-note and research-log bytes are also archived in tag v1.35 and match all three legacy hashes. The current-tree checker misses their historical locations. Versions 1 and 2 incorrectly called the two publication snapshots unavailable; this version corrects that statement. See tag provenance. The legacy manifests were not rewritten.
Astra RH1 found remaining unqualified front-matter summaries. Version 2 adds the missing local disclosures, labels the two historical verification accounts, and changes the unavailable arithmetic block-metric closure from closed to blocked on the map. Printed analytic proofs were compared and remain unchanged. The exact circle-open note is preserved, and CCM step (b) remains the only gold node.
Actual manuscript build: 246 pages; zero undefined or duplicate references. No original numerical gate was replayed. This is an availability correction, not a failure of a mathematical object and not a new certificate. Original evidence recovery remains an open input. NS-38 alone makes no version bump, new-window calculation, tail metric, G2 or RH claim.
Machine-readable records: claim changes, present-file hash checks, claim locations, disposition. The availability ledger preserves prior search provenance.
