Manuscript v1.17 — CERTIFICATE bundle: shifted infinite-complement inertia certificates (complete ground ordering) at lambda=3, even and odd, replayed at 768 and 896 bits; trial-reuse and ground-overlap scalar certificates. All decisive arithmetic is outward Arb (per REPRODUCE_v117.md).
