NS-59 integration review

This is a local self-review by the implementing agent. No independent review, RH proof, G2 proof or publication-readiness assessment is claimed.

Mathematical scope checked

Reproducibility checked

Arb ran the identical finite matrices through index 512 at 256 and 384 bits. All 161 saved numerical enclosures overlap across precisions. The finite table intervals and the two raw-trace losses below 1/400 of actual gain were checked at both precisions. The minimum internal accuracy among reported block quantities is 188 bits at 256-bit working precision and 250 bits at 384-bit working precision.

A separate positive-cell integral calculation checked seven selected Gram entries, including off-diagonal entries, with the complete remaining integral bounded by 1/65536. Both precisions passed. Thirteen exact Maxima checks passed; they verify finite algebra rather than the asymptotic proofs. Python diagnostics report zero errors and warnings on all touched Python files.

Integration checked

The proof fragment is present verbatim once in the live manuscript. The full manuscript builds to 298 pages, with zero undefined or duplicate references, zero overfull or underfull boxes, and zero duplicate PDF destination warnings. Pages 271–274 were rendered and visually inspected. The difference functions use δn to avoid confusing them with the previously defined scalar approximation distance dN.

The research map records only the raw logarithmic comparison as closed. The NB route remains blocked on a lower-correlation input. Diagnostic floats are stored separately from certificate evidence. Original historical missing-evidence disclosures are preserved.

Remaining limitation

No asymptotic lower bound for the actual corrected correlations is proved. Constants in the Weyl-based operator estimate are not numerically instantiated. Finite gains cannot be extrapolated into convergence. No unresolved major issue was found in this local review, subject to those explicit limits.
